Parago Agent:
- Added the new Parago agent for Chrome OS allowing you to get detailed information such as hardware and software on your chrome books.
- Created a Parago agent for iOS devices allowing you to track the hardware and os version directly from the parago system.
Premises
Premises mobile application:
- We are delighted to announce the release of the new and much anticipated Parago Mobile Premises app. This application allows users to update all scheduled H&S checks and planned work tasks whilst on the go in real time. In addition to this, users have the ability to create, reply and update Helpdesk tickets directly in the application.
General
Booking system module:
- Added the option to add a pick up and drop off point for assets that are not managed by the booking administrator such as iPad trolleys
- Added more filters to the booking manager bookings page assisting users find their tickets with more specificity.
Preferences:
- Added the ability to either link custom fields to specific groups of assets based on the tabs they contain or to link the custom field to another field.
Report module:
- Added the ability to see the number of images and documents attached to each asset
