e-sign Document Manager | Deleting Policies
- When you delete a policy, all historic data relating to that policy will be lost as well and cannot be brought back.
- Only the Helpdesk Administrator will be able to view the time and cost spent on a Helpdesk ticket, to keep this information confidential.
- Bug fix: You can now link Active Whiteboard Assets to Helpdesk Tickets.
- When adding a new compliance check, you can set the status of the check as 'Unspecified'. However, when you update the check, you can only mark it as a 'Pass' or 'Fail' – it cannot be left unspecified.
