What's New - October '23 Update

We are pleased to announce that the October update for Civica Education Operations is now live.
Take a look at some of the the latest features and improvements introduced this month below:

Civica Education Operations Rebrand
Parago has been given a fresh new look and feel, as well as a new name to reflect just how mission critical the solution is to enabling effective operations.
Going forward Parago will now be known as Civica Education Operations, and this update includes a number of user interface changes to support this.
Including:
• A new Civica Education Operations colour scheme
• Civica Education Operations Logos
• New Support Email Address – Please note that the existing Support email address is still active until further notice
• Email Notification Updates
• ParagoAgent renamed to Agent


Account Wide Search
It is now possible to quickly and easily access the Asset based Search functionality from every screen within Civica Education Operations.
In order to enable quick and efficient navigation and searching of your Civica Education Operations solution for Assets and Compliance Checks of interest, we have enhanced the User Interface to provide much more accessible and prominent Search capability.
Having access to Search across your account at the click of button without the need to drill into and out of the Asset Management interface provides a much more intuitive and effective experience for users of Civica Education Operations.


Greyed Out Unlicenced Features
An enhancement was introduced in the September update that enables the visibility of additional features within Civica Education Operations that you may not currently have enabled for your account. If you aren’t currently licenced for a feature you may see these visible but greyed out within your account. When clicking on a feature that you aren’t licenced for you will be able to click link and contact us to find out more.
