Currently there are issues running ParagoMobile on iOS7 due to the barcode reading library that is used. This is causing excessive memory usage when scanning barcodes and is causing iOS 7 to terminate the app. It is a known problem, and we are trying to fix the issue our end as quickly as possible.

If you haven’t upgraded to ParagoMobile 1.14 yet you may wish to wait until this issue is resolved.
