New Asset Types Added

New icons have been added to all asset management solutions powered by Parago
- Three different types of hoists and a medical bed
- Shower room and toilet, which along with the bathroom can now be added to other rooms
- Shower and toilet can be added as assets
- Sub-office which can be added to other rooms as can the storage room
- Versions of the computer cases without monitors and keyboards in the image
- Virtual machine asset which can be added to other computers
- A generic module asset that can be added to computers and network equipment
- A fire call point, music stand and soldering iron
- Purchase information can be added to buildings
- Assets with purchase information have had Ledger code added as a field
