Helpdesk Upgrade - Account Manager System

The Parago Development Team are pleased to announce an upgrade to the Helpdesk system for users that have access to the Account Management System. Any users that can login to accounts and the account manager account that contains them are now able to view and manage all their helpdesk tickets from any account via the account manager. Please refer to the Parago Account Manager Manual or our support team for further details.
