Parago Upgrade - Tutorials, Reports and Helpdesk groups

The Parago Development Team are pleased to announce several upgrades.
As always we would like to thank all our users that gave input and feedback to the new features.
- Some quick tutorials have been added and are accessible by clicking on the Tutorials button that is now present at the top right of each page.
- Eighteen new standard reports covering Contract management, Facilities management and Asset disposal.
- Permissions can now be stored in templates so that they can be quickly assigned when creating or editing users.
- The Helpdesk has been improved:
- If the Helpdesk has not been configured in the preferences, the Helpdesk shortcuts no longer appear on the Hompage so that users cannot create tickets that would not be read
- Tickets can now be assigned to the sections (such as ICT) in addition to individual users. When this is done all the users that you have associated with the section will be able to manage the ticket.
