Parago Upgrades

We are proud to announce the introduction of our new module; Parago Dashboards.

This module is designed to give you a visual representation of your important data at a glance.

Linked to the IT & inventory, compliance and contract management modules, the module allows you segment your data to see what is happening in your school, MAT or district in one place at any time.

What’s better is that we haven't set the parameters on the information you see meaning you have full control of what you see, and nothing is dictated to you because after all, every organisation is different.

The module is available at both account level and in the Multi School Account Manager.

Before using this module, it is highly recommended you watch the help video on using this module for a quick start guide. For a more in-depth guide and assistance building your dashboards, please contact your local consultant to organise a training and consultation day for you and your staff.

Compliance History

You are now able to export 1 year’s period worth of asset history for compliance reporting. This means you can now show the relevant bodies the comprehensive changes that have been made to checks and assets within your account. You are given the ability to choose the fields you see. This means once again, you have control over what report you get from the system.

As well as the above, we have been working hard on other modules in the system. Please see the changes below.

Policy document manager

You can now add alerts to policies to ensure the review dates are never missed.

Email alerts

We have made huge changes to the email alerts system to improve its functionality.

You can now create alert groups from your Parago users to send alerts to a group of people.

Alerts can now be sent to multiple staff members whether in a group or not.

Alerts now have filters allowing you to funnel your data more effectively, so you see exactly what you need to see across global alerts.
