Parago Helpdesk issue

We are currently experiencing a slight issue with ticket reassignment within our Helpdesk module. While an error message appears on your screen when you reassign a ticket, the ticket has in fact been reassigned. Please disregard this message and double check within the ticket that it has been assigned to someone else.

We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause - we are working very hard to rectify this small error.
