NEW developments within Parago School Management System

The following upgrades are based from feedback we received from you, our customers, to ensure that you continue to get the most out of Parago. As always, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a 15-20 minute overview of all upgrades and new modules.

1:1 assignment

You can already attach keys, assets and competencies in the system. Now, we’ve now developed a dedicated area to deal with 1-1 assignment of assets to students and staff quickly and instantly.

Not only will this allow admins to assign assets much quicker than before but will help reduce the number of devices lost as you can see at an eye glance view what is allocated, what is due back and to whom it was assigned.

Helpdesk updates

Based off feedback received from partner schools, MATs and school districts, now you can:

• Include time spent dealing with each ticket
• Include cost of works dealing with a ticket (i.e. if a broken laptop cost money to fix)
• Export and report on current and archived ticket history
• Sort and filter through tickets
• Reassign a ticket with one click
• Sorting of tickets in Multi School Account Manager (MSAM) by account name
• See what assets have tickets assigned to them
• MSAM users can see tickets without being an admin
