Our new Workflow module will enable you to create custom forms, reports and easily manage all workflow processes. Managers will be able to link to helpdesk tickets (if desired), assign tasks and track progress to Parago users, portal users or MSAM users.

Incident Manager | Upgrades and new features
Managers can now assign incidents and notify Parago, portal and MSAM users with the option to create a Helpdesk Ticket if appropriate. We have developed a dedicated area in the portal for staff to see the status of all incidents assigned to them – ‘Assigned, ‘In progress’ and ‘Completed’.
Helpdesk Ticketing | Development enhancements
In Helpdesk Pro-view, the Account the ‘Account’ column has been replaced by the Creator field. Account is still shown in MSAM. Also, when a merged ticket is closed it now closes all the duplicate tickets.
Contract Manager | Module enhancements
- A symbol now shows to the left of a contract to indicate that documentation is attached
- When renewing a contract, the Contract Cost is offered to set a new cost
- You can now create folders (same as seen in Compliance Checks)
