• Confidential Risk Assessments
• Parago now has the ability to keep Risk Assessments confidential. A new Tab in Risk and Assessment called ‘Confidential’ will hold any assessments performed on forms marked as Confidential. These assessments will not show in Asset Management or Compliance and the access to this tab is permissions controlled.

Asset Management
• New Staff Asset Management Portal Module
• End users can now be made responsible to provide Audit information about assets under their responsibility. By adding the staff member’s email address to one or multiple assets in the Staff Responsible field, the member of staff can see a list of these assets and audit them as needed, negating the need for devices to be called in for audit. PAT information can also be displayed, showing the user when their device might need Portable Appliance Testing. Audit Checks can also be made the responsibility of the end user using the same method for compliance. Contact Support to have this module enabled.
• Depreciate From field added
• A new date field, ‘Depreciate From’, has been added to assets with purchase information. If completed assets will be depreciated from this date rather than the Purchase Date. This is useful for situations where depreciation is calculated from the date of usage rather than purchase.
Premises Management
• Task View Calendar
• The Task View Calendar will now show all compliance checks due in the next 90 days rather than just the next 7 in the future.
• Task View Sort and Filter
• All Task View columns can now accommodate sorting and filtering
Forms Builder
• Risk & Assessment, Incident and Workflow
• Pre-determined tables can now have their rows cloned with all settings. This accelerates large complex forms for compliance etc..
Helpdesk
• Sub-sections are now reportable
• If sub-sections are added to the configuration of a Helpdesk, this is now reportable on in Reports

• Assign assets based on end date
• Assets can now be assigned to an end date rather than a duration of loan
