Google Changing GMail Security Settings

Google are changing their security settings on GMail which will affect all Parago customers who use Google for Email2Ticket for the Parago Helpdesk module.
Please note these changes come into effect at the end of May so please take action to avoid disruption to your Email2Ticket service.
The requirement is to setup an App Password for the mailbox which Parago accesses.
Guidance can be found below on how to setup an App password. However Parago has provided its own guide on how to do this (GMail and Parago - Authentication Changes April 2022) and can be found on the knowledgebase in the article called: 'App password for email2ticket'
