Risk Management
  • Pre-determined table sizes can now be edited in Form Builder after they have been used in a live assessment without losing information previously submitted when editing.

    Users can now create Risk Assessment Forms which can either automatically, or via a prompt, archive the current risk assessment when editing. This means that previous versions of risk assessment and their ‘Read List’ is retained even when editing. This is useful for being able to go back to previous versions if required for evidence of content or for restoring previous versions.

    You can now delete a specific row in a pre-determined table in Risk, Incident and Workflow Form Builder.
Document Management
  • Users are now able to delete documents added to their System Folder in Documents.
Portal
  • Portal Users can now be pre-populated in the Portal Admin system via a csv or txt file, allowing mass import of your Staff list and setting up of the Portal accounts, negating the need for self-registration. Users still must set their passwords. Users can be added to eSign at the same time.
Premises
  • Task View is now able to be filtered permanently per user. What this means is that you can, via the user’s permissions, set which category of check a user is able to see in the Task View. This will allow schools to bring a much broader user set into Parago to look after compliance checks that are only applicable to them without visibility of all checks. An example might be having the Science department use Parago to update their Science specific compliance checks or a Leadership team to have checks specific to them.
Contract Manager
  • There is now an Approved Supplier function within the Multi School Account Manager. This allows Groups or Trusts to add suppliers with their details centrally and allow schools to pull those details down into their own Contract Manager instance.
Reports
  • The number of reports shown in each Report category has been set to ten from four per page.
MSAM
  • For easier navigation the ‘More’ and ‘Access’ buttons have been moved to the left of the Account Names in Account Management.

Incident Manager
  • Some Incident Reports were not closing after submission when ‘Close after last submission’ was selected as an option. This has now been resolved.

    Guidance has been added when building tables in Risk, Incident and Workflow to ensure users understand the impact of using more than 11 columns in a table.
Helpdesk
  • An error in the Pro-view was resulting in only single tickets being deleted when multiple had been selected for deletion. This has now been resolved.
General
  • Modules on the Home Page will now sort alphabetically and by priority of module.
Workflow
  • You can now delete a specific row in a pre-determined table in Risk, Incident and Workflow Form Builder. (See Risk)

    Guidance has been added when building tables in Risk, Incident and Workflow to ensure users understand the impact of using more than 11 columns in a table.
