Leading up to the Summer and annual audits of equipment, have you made sure your Asset Disposal system is turned on?

Assets that are deleted need to be accounted for and without your Disposal system turned on they will just disappear.

The Parago Disposal system not only retains the lists of assets that have been deleted from the system but also provides an approval workflow for you to use to ensure asset disposals are approved by the right people. This safeguards assets and staff from allegation of mismanagement and provides Trustees and other stakeholders with the assurance of robust financial processes.

Disposal settings can be found in Preferences. Trusts with the MSAM can turn this on centrally in Manage Controlled Accounts and lock out local management completely. If you require any assistance regarding this setting please contact paragocustomersupport@civica.co.uk.
