Parago Helpdesk - Email2Ticket - Gmail Only

To our users who use Gmail as their email server for Email2Ticket for the Parago Helpdesk module, please be aware we are currently experiencing an issue collecting tickets.
We are looking into this to be able to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Any emails that have been sent to the helpdesk in the meantime will not be lost, and can be picked up when the connection is restored.
