What’s New – July / August Update
We are pleased to announce that the August update for Parago is now live.
Take a look at some of the the latest features and improvements introduced during July and August below:
Display your own Privacy Notice:
It is now possible to configure your Parago solution to present a link to your organisation’s Privacy Notice to staff when using the Parago application.
Your organisation’s Privacy Notice can be quickly and easily configured within your Parago solution via your Account Preferences, specifying the URL within the new ‘Privacy URL’ field.
Sorting by Name when linking Assessments:
The August ’23 update introduces the ability to sort by Assessment ‘Name’ when linking as Assessment to a Compliance check.
You can now quickly and easily sort through these Assessment forms by Name when linking to a Compliance check, by locating the Compliance check that you would like to link to an Assessment, selecting Action > Link Assessment, clicking on the Name heading to sort by A/Z or Z/A.
Booking Manager – Export to Calendar
The July ’23 release introduced the ability to export Bookings to your local calendar via a new ‘Export to calendar’ option within Booking Manager.
Users are now able to export individual Bookings to their calendar simply and easily by clicking on the ‘Export to calendar’ button when viewing individual or multiple Bookings.
Tasks – Export to Calendar:
The newly introduced ‘Export to calendar’ functionality has also been extended to the Task view within Parago. Providing staff with the ability to easily export and track upcoming Tasks within their own local calendars as well as via Parago.
Users will now be able to export Tasks via the Task View user interface, by clicking on the new ‘Export to calendar’ button found within the Upcoming and Calendar tabs.
