General
• All file upload locations are virus scanned on upload. Virus and malware scanning is also operating in the background on the entire system.
• The form on the Support pages have been removed in favour of customers using the Civica Service Desk.
Asset Management
• When adding an asset through ‘Add Asset’ the heading has been renamed to say ‘Asset Types’ rather than ‘Categories’ to remove confusion with Asset Categories set in Preferences.
Dashboards & Reports
• Account Name is now a selectable field for both Reports and Dashboards
Contract Manager
• At MSAM, an Approved Supplier can now be put on hold. The user can put the supplier on Soft Hold where the school can see that the supplier is on Soft Hold but still use them. Hard Hold can also be seen by the school however they cannot use the supplier. A third state of Frozen can also be used which will hide the Approved Supplier from the school but will be visible in the Approved Supplier List at MSAM
• A New field has been added to all Contracts: Approved Supplier. This can be set manually or will be set to Yes automatically if the Contract comes from an Approved Supplier from MSAM.
Helpdesk
• Changes have been made to user notifications to clarify that email2ticket can be replied to, rather than making the user believe that they must log into the Portal to update.
• When a Filter is set in Helpdesk (Grey button top right), the screen will display a filter is in use by changing the grey button to a blue Filter in Use button. A release filter button is also displayed for users to clear that filter.
• ‘Please reopen the ticket to add any additional information’ is now hidden on a ticket if already open.
• Last Modified field has been added to the Proview.
• The Proview header is now no longer translucent. Now ticket information will be visible behind it as you scroll.
• When a portal user clicks on Reply on a ticket it will go straight into the Update ticket screen rather than the ticket in view-only; removes a step.
• Portal users can now set the Due Date on a ticket. However this can be switched off both at MSAM in the Helpdesk Portal config or at school level in the Helpdesk Portal Config tab.
• Management Dashboards can now be filtered by Department/Group/Section at school and MSAM level. At MSAM level it will only offer the Groups found in the Helpdesk Config page.
• We have removed the code function that made it look like you could drag images onto the description of a ticket. This is to ensure the Attach File function is used, ensuring ticket message sizes do not exceed the maximum and ensure scanning of files on upload.
