Dear Customers,

Over the Easter break, we will be moving Parago to a new home on Amazon Web Services. This will allow us to keep Parago up-to-date with the latest in server and database support to protect your data.

To do this we will need to bring Parago off-line on Saturday, 31st March and will bring it back by the end of Sunday, 1st April.

How does this affect customers ?
Apart from the down time, most customers should experience no issues. The exception is if you have white-listed our servers in your firewall by IP address rather than by domain name, which is the recommended method. Once the upgrade is complete the new IP address will change from '95.154.247.226' to '35.176.130.53'.

If you have white-listed us by domain name then no changes should be needed as the domain names will be unchanged:
