As always, the following upgrades are based from feedback we received from you, our customers, to ensure that you continue to get the most out of Parago.

Thanks to our Pick ‘n’ Mix Scheme, you can pick or swap what modules you’d like in your Parago suite! If you’re interested in adding, or swapping, any of the modules listed below, please contact: sales@parago.co.uk

Risk Management & Forms
  • New table formatting layout, making it much easier to create forms, manage, manipulate and export to PDF.
  • You can now filter on columns within the Risk Assessment area.
Helpdesk Ticketing
  • You can now import tickets via spreadsheets, which is particularly useful if you’re moving from one helpdesk system to Parago. You won’t lose any data and enables instant set-up.
User permissions
  • Managers can now set individual fields as ‘read-only’ or ‘mandatory’ for staff. This is based on category and is on a per user basis.
Compliance checks
  • Updated user interface (see category and multi select)
  • You can now organise and filter via folders
  • See assessments done against checks in this area
