Parago Upgrade - Disposal, Helpdesk and Parago Agent

The Parago Development Team are pleased to announce several upgrades.

• If enabled in the disposal preferences, a reason can be given when assets are deleted and this will be displayed in the disposal system
• You can now add private notes to helpdesk tickets
• A quick login application is available for the Helpdesk portal
• A small upgrade to Parago Agent to improve detection of computer UUIDs that have not been set correctly by the OEM and may exist on more than 1 PC.
• The Multi Asset Editor can now be used from an Account Manager account.
• The listing of PCs within the software licence is now sorted by name
