Parago are proud to announce our recent system upgrades.
Portal
Portal passwords are now live - this is so your portal account stays as secure as possible. Users now have passwords on their portal accounts and can also access multiple portals from the same location.
Existing portal users should:
Navigate to the app.parago.co.uk/portal
Click 'reset password'
A link will be sent to you so you can set your password
Now, you can log in and use the portal for your account as usual
Administrators now have an admin panel where they can set users’ passwords as well as give users permissions to access certain modules.
New portal users are still directed to the portal via the schools portal link, where they can now register.
More upgrades coming soon…
In the coming weeks, the portal system will be updated again to handle LDAP integration so staff will be able to have single sign on access.
Helpdesk
Email to ticket has been upgraded to work more efficiently. When using office 365, to direct tickets to the correct department users should now put the name of the department in brackets at the start of the subject line. This can be in the following formats - {ict} (ict) [ict]. If the email has been directed to the alias address, this will still continue to work as before.
