Contract & Contractor Manager: Upgrades & New Features
We've been working hard on our Contract & Contractor Manager module to enable comprehensive reporting tools and increase control. See full list of changes listed below:
- View full Compliance Reports for your contracts via the Action Menu. This will provide a full report on all data changes. (This is the same report used in Compliance Checks).
- The default view is now set to show only Current status and Contracts type. Change the view by selecting the appropriate checkbox/es.
- Renew chosen contracts from the expiry date or select a different date. You will be asked if you would like to renew the current contract record, or to copy it and archive the old contract.
Now you can see a full report of every compliance update - simply select the 'Non-incremental Report' option below the field selector.
Parago Alerts: Added Feature
You've always been able to receive alerts set to time conditions you choose - for example, you can set an alert to trigger 'within 30 days' of a contract renewal. This will send alerts every day until the 30th day. Now you can use 'exact 30 days', 'exactly 30 days' or 'equal 30 days' which will send a single alert on the day that is exactly 30 days before the condition.
