Email2Ticket - Microsoft Deprecation of Basic Authentication

Please pass to your IT department if you use Email2Ticket for Helpdesk!

As of October 1st, Microsoft will be removing the use of Basic Authentication for IMAP & POP3. More information can be found here:

Some users may be experiencing this problem already, where your Email2Ticket cannot connect to your mailbox. You can re-enable Basic Authentication following the following commands:
